Most people know they need to service their regulators annually, but what about your buoyancy control device? Your BCD is equally as important as your regulators for keeping you safe and comfortable underwater. It should get a safety check once a year or any time you notice bubbles coming from the seams, dump valves or even the bladder itself! During your service we will look at the following :
- 24 hour leak test for the bladder
- Leak test for all dump valves
- Remove, clean and replace all removable parts of the inflator valve
- Replace all valve o rings
You will have your BCD back within 7 business days or less as long as we have your parts in stock!
Please note that the price quoted is for labour only on a BCD with a standard low pressure inflator hose. Any parts or additional work required will be quoted to you on request before commencing any service.
