5. Ordering and Acceptance

Orders submitted via this Website are an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once we:

  • Receive payment in full (unless credit terms apply)

  • Issue written confirmation of acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.


6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Quoted prices may be withdrawn or amended without notice before order confirmation.

Payment must be received before dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.


7. Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk in goods passes to you once the goods are dispatched or collected.

Customers must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of damage within 48 hours.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping or circumstances outside our control.


8. Warranty

8.1 Warranty Coverage

Safety Stop Australia provides manufacturer’s warranties on goods in accordance with the applicable Warranty page.

Warranty periods:

  • Non-commercial use compressors: 5 years

  • Commercial use compressors: 1 year

The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, and only if:

  • Goods were purchased through this Website or an authorised reseller

  • You provide proof of purchase

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumables (e.g., filters, belts) unless otherwise stated

  • Damage caused by external factors

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


9. 2-Year Performance Review Options

For eligible compressors, Safety Stop Australia offers a 2-Year Performance Review with two service options:

Option A – Workshop Service (Perth)

  • Send your compressor to our Perth workshop

  • Includes full 25-hour and 50-hour logbook service (or first 2 years, whichever first)

  • Labour is free

  • You cover freight and replacement parts

  • Full performance assessment and written report provided

Option B – Remote Service

  • Live video inspection with Safety Stop technician

  • Personal tools required

  • Visual inspection of key components

  • Performance evaluation and maintenance recommendations

  • Written performance report provided

These reviews are optional and may be booked directly with Safety Stop Australia.


10. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be authorised in writing and comply with the Returns Policy published on this Website.

General rules:

  • Returned goods must be unused, with original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase

  • Return freight is at your cost unless due to a proven fault

  • A restocking fee may apply to approved returns not related to defects

Products authorised for return may be subject to inspection before refund or exchange.


11. Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By using this Website or making a purchase, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We (and our affiliates) are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss

  • Our total liability for any claim related to products is limited to the purchase price paid
