Terms & Conditions

 

1.Whilst all care is taken while servicing is done, Safety Stop takes no responsibility for damage caused during servicing if equipment has not been kept up to date with manufacturer’s specifications.

2.All servicing must be paid in full at or before time of completion and pickup.

3.Safety Stop’s included warranty is offered only on our workmanship. It does not cover any manufacturer faults.

4.If a specialised tool is damaged while trying to repair equipment that hasn’t been serviced to manufacturer’s specifications you, the customer, may be subject to additional charges in order to replace the aforementioned tool.

5.Proof of service or service records may be required at any point, please have them available.

6.Price quotes on equipment servicing are assuming no other parts are unexpectedly required. In this case, the customer is responsible for the extra charges of the added parts. The customer will be contacted prior to this addition and given the option of whether or not they would like to continue.

7. Our 7 day turn around for servicing is based on all required parts being in stock at the time you drop your gear off.
