The IDE breathing air IKB 110 compressor block
At he heart of this Compressor you will find the IKB 110 compressor block. This compressor block has been on the market for over a decade, proven and appreciated a thousand times over. It’s a highly efficient machine thanks to the innovation and development of IDE. Robustly built with long maintenance intervals, thanks to optimised valves and pistons in the 3-cylinder, 3-stage compressor block. This compressor block has 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage safety valves, aluminum cylinders, some with gray cast iron liners, aluminum pistons with special piston rings for a long service life, free-floating pistons in the last stage. 2 condensate separators with vent valves, oil-slinger pin safety lubrication. there is a free-floating piston in the 3rd stage and special cylinder heads with reduced dead space. The special cylinder heads with reduced dead space and particularly effective cooling ensuring over 10% more power with the same drive power to many competitors. easy access to all components, oil dipstick for quick checks and many other clever details, make this one of the world‘s most popular compressor blocks.
IDE FT 100 Triple- Plus dryer system
The FT 100 Triple-Plus dryer system has an integrated oil and water separator in with the downstream pressure retention non-return valve and the original IDE FT 100 dryer cartridges. The breathing air is optimally treated in accordance with DIN EN 12021. A tested, sealed final pressure safety valve ensures maximum operational safety. At a housing temperature of 20 °C, the volume of air that can be treated is approx. 140 m³. With proper installation, maintenance and and a maximum CO₂ concentration in the intake air in accordance with DIN EN 12021-2014.

IDE FT 100 dryer cartridges
During compression, a water-oil mixture is produced in the two separators, which is separated manually or automatically. However, a certain amount of residual moisture remains in the air. This flows through the IDE FT 100 Triple Plus dryer system, where a regularly re- placed dryer cartridge removes the residual moisture. The cartridges are manufactured to a high standard, filled with the best materials and carefully tested. They filter aerosol oil, oil vapours, moisture, carbon and other impurities from the air.
